Refund Policy

We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, factory sealed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened refrigerant cylinders, used products, damaged packaging, clearance items, and items that cannot be safely resold may not be eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Regulated Products

Some refrigerant products may be regulated and may require buyer certification or professional use where applicable. Orders that cannot meet legal or shipping requirements may be cancelled and refunded.
